Galifornia Undies Exchange Policy

 

We want you to feel amazing in your undies — fit, comfort, and confidence matter! Because of the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept exchanges under specific conditions. Please read below before sending anything back.

 

🔁 Exchange Eligibility

 

 You may request an exchange only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and hygiene liners are still attached
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The exchange is for:
    • A different size in the same style, or
    • A manufacturing defect (ex: stitching flaw, faulty elastic, etc.

 

🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange

 

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Worn, washed, or soiled underwear
  • Items missing tags or liners
  • Final Sale or discounted items
  • Requests made after 30 days
  • Style or color changes (only size exchanges are approved)

 

🧵  How to Request an Exchange

  1. Click here or on the "Exchanges" menu link at the bottom of each webpage and enter your email address, order number. Select the item and add the reason for exchange.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
  3. Once approved, ship your unworn item back to us (customer covers return shipping labels are available for purchase in the exchange process).
  4. When we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send your new size right away. 

 

💡  Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item has a defect, please email photos and details to our team within 30 days of delivery. We’ll happily replace it with the same style and size once verified.

We want every Galifornia babe to love her fit — because confidence starts with comfort. If your undies didn’t fit quite right or arrived with a little flaw, we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about exchanges.

 

🔁  Can I exchange my underwear?

Yes! We accept exchanges for size issues or manufacturing defects only.

Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and hygiene liners still attached.

We do not offer refunds, but we’ll happily exchange your item for the same style in a different size once we receive and approve your request.

 

⏰  How long do I have to request an exchange?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit your exchange request. After 30 days, we can’t process any exchanges.

 

🩱  Can I exchange for a different color or style?

Not at this time — exchanges are available for size changes only in the same style.

If you want to try another style or color, we recommend placing a new order.

 

🧵  What if my underwear has a defect?

Oh no — that’s not the Galifornia way! If you received an item with a manufacturing defect (like stitching, elastic, or fabric issues), email us photos and your order number within 30 days.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement in the same style and size, on us.

Easy!

  2. Our team will review your request and send you the return address plus instructions.
  3. Ship your unworn item back (return shipping is your responsibility).
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send out your new size right away.

 

📦  Who pays for shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We’ll take care of shipping your replacement item once we receive your exchange.

 

🚫  What can’t be exchanged?

We can’t accept exchanges for:

👀  How will I know if my exchange is approved?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your request has been reviewed.
